1. Material: solid wood edge, and solid wood veneer, maple, birch, ash tree, rubber and other abundant kinds of domestic or imported material for your free choice. All the solid wood has been dried and has moisture under 8%. Wood veneer has natural option and man-made scientific solid wood veneer choice.

2. Gluing; fastening and Framing

All assembly joint using doweled and glued and all processing using advanced equipment to ensure structural strength and integrity. All wood screw cleats and corner blocks use screws and are glued in both directions.

3 Top constructions

Solid wood edge wrapped around the 3/4” MDF panel with Wilsonart, Formica laminate. all joints between solid wood at perimeter and MDF are doweled and glued. all MDF used are all more than 45 LB density.

All tops are 4 ply structures: laminate+Veneer+MDF+veneer to avoid the distortion of the tops.

4. Drawer box construction

All four sides of drawers boxes use plywood and with veneer and finished; all joints use The dovetailed structure. Bottom of drawer using plywood and grooved, glued and stapled to four sides of drawer box.

5. Door Fronts

Using MDF with veneer at Fronts and Back sides also at the top and bottom sides and with 1/4”solid wood edge both at vertical and horizontal sides and using superior quality hinges contracted from domestic suppliers or imported from foreign manufacturers.

6.Back panel

All back panels of the nightstand, TV cabinet, refrigerators, media centers should be recessed 1.5” for cord maintenance. All back panels using plywood and should be finished.

7.Finishing

All exposed surface are to be first sanded, sealed and lacquered for long time protection. All finishing use HuaRen brand and DaBao first quality brand.
