Innovative Art & Decor warrants that its merchandise are free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material) and will either give credit or replace defective products or parts for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a manufacturing defect is found, Innovative Art & Decor should be notified promptly of the defect and supplied a copy of the invoice and delivery ticket. Inspection by a Innovative Art & Dor employee may be necessary to verify that a manufacturing defect exists or you may be required to submit digital images of the defect. Please note that, the warranty is void due to improper use.

We accept all major credit cards. You can also mail us a Check or Money Order. If mailing a Check or Money Order, print the e-mail confirmation invoice we send you and mail it back to us with your payment. Our mailing address can be found in our About Us section. We accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks and Business Checks. (Personal & Business Checks take 10 days to clear.) Please include the item # and your e-mail address when mailing Checks & Money Orders.

We also have a 90 day Lay-Away program. After you place your order, you are required to pay a 10% down payment by any of the methods outlined above. Your down payment is due immediately. We ship anywhere in the USA and Canada using a ground carrier. We usually ship 7 - 14 days after receiving payment, sometimes sooner. For certain products, please allow up to 3 weeks to ship if demand is high. If any rare unexpected delays occur, you will be notified immediately.
