First, all of our packing has to experience two working procedures. First packing is rattan furniture should be wicked with flexible package, and many package with waterproof bag.

3. payment terms

T/T, 30% deposit before placing an order, the balance of 70% should be paid off before loading.

4. delivery time

One 20 feet container of different rattan furniture is about 10-15 days, on 40 feet container is about 15-20 days. And more than one 40 container, we should have a further talking about it, on common; it is about 30-45 days.

5. MOQ

Our MOQ is not less than 5 sets, and one container can mix 6 different models.

The period of our guarantee is more than 2 years

7. quality control

We have many QC to control our quality, the first QC is about hardware, the second is PE rattan, and the last is about handicraft art.

1). before producing, all of QC will check the original material, especially hardware and PE rattan, and the process of controlling is very strict.

2). In the process of producing, every step will be check before next step

3). when all producing process has been finished, the QC coming from installation will check PE rattan, iron pipe, and handicraft art, if OK, this outdoor bar stools will be passed.

Packaging Detail:The rattan chair package is as following:first, all of our packing has to experience two working procedures. First packing is rattan furniture should be wicked with carton, and outside package is with air bubble bag. Second is package with woven bag . Lastly, all of our packing can according to the clients requirements.
