MATERIAL INTRODUCTION:

1.Wood: kiln drying by water steamer, humidity is about 12 degree Celsius. It will be shiny finish, cleaning the tree bark.

2.Plywood: 3mm-18mm, according to different part and use different thickness plywood board. It usually use for banding.

3.S-shape spring: high-carbon steel at 80# density die of wire.1.8-2.5mm.it can improve the elasticity for the seat.

4.Webbing: one is good for stretch, general use for the seat. Another is normal for stretch, using for back or where is not bear for power.

5.Wire/bottom fabric: balance the power for seating.

6.Foam:25#-50#,different density foam is suited for different position.generally,40#-50# high resilience foam will be use for the seat,30# foam is used for arm and back cushion while the density foam under 25#is for welt.

7.Pocket spring: good resilience, but it can’t be used when the thickness of seat cushion is less than 15cm.

Exporting standard packaging, hard carton outside, with PEP cotton protection inside.

Additional: corner foam protection or we can add wood frame outside as client’s request.
