1)Leather options

• Italian top grain leather + pvc
• Full italian top grain leather
• Chinese top grain leather + pvc
• Full chinese top grain leather

2)Foam

• 35-45kg/m3 foam inside the sofa betweem the wood frame
• UK standard (BS5852) fire retardant foam
• American standard(CA117 ) fire retardant foam

3)Frame

• Humidity is controled within 12%
• No scar exists in the frame
• Frame is surfaced well,no rind exists

4)Elastic

• the elastic at the saddle should be with high elasticity
• thick is more than 2mm
• transverse space among them should be less than 60mm
• longitudinal space among them should be less than 200mm

5)Plywood

• material must be hardwood
• thick of plywood is 14-16cm
• the plywood in front of the arm should be thick and sable

6)Lining

The lining should be the same as samples confirmed by customers, no flaw, no thread, color must be average.
Toy-floss and other accessories should be the same as the original sample or comfirmed by customers.

7)Product structure

We work on the principle of human engineering by combination scientific structure and international advanced design to make sofa release the pressure efficiently. As to the inside structure, we make sure that the wood frame is firm enough to keep the shape. Regarding the material, we use natural emulsion, polyurethane, natural down and superfine fibre, which make the sofa elastic, and feel comfortable.

8) Quality control

1)before the order to be confirmed ,we would check the material and colour by the samples which should be strictly.

2)we will be tracing the difference phase of production from beginning

3)every sofa quality checked and cleaned befor packing

4)we will try our best to help our clients when problem occurred

QC /Technical Support:

Our QC staff is composed of engineers and technicians,and our QC system covers all stages of production from the material and component stage to the finished product stage from the inside wood sawing to the finished goods.In addition,we also conduct wholly checks and inspections on products before packing.
