The table top is made from MDF with marble print in marble finish, the unsaturated ployster resin finish, which is resistant to heat, resistant to scraches, scoth-guarded and water-proof, this table top is more durable than real marble as it is light, resistant to breaking and no radiation. the finish can be 1mm to 2mm thick. it is exactly the same as the so-called marble.

The introduction of the unsaturated resin finish

The Unsaturated Polyester Resin is a kind of liquid resin that unsaturated polyester is dissolved by polymeric monomer having the groups of vinyl or allyl. Polyester resin turns into insoluble and infusible plastics by hardening through cross-linking reaction and rising temperature at the room temperature by adding peroxide catalyst and when it is heated or when it is mixed with peroxide catalyst and accelerator.

Also, Polyester resin turns into FRP if the resin is spread and impregnated through reinforced material such as glassfiber by lamination before it is gelled.
