2. Package

First, all of our packing has to experience two working procedures. First packing is rattan furniture should be wicked with flexible package, and many package with waterproof bag.

Second is package with five layers of carton

Lastly, all of our packing can according to the clients requirements.

3. payment terms

T/T, 30% deposit before placing an order, the balance of 70% should be paid off before loading.

4. delivery time

One 20 feet container of different rattan furniture is about 15-20 days, on 40 feet container is about 20-30 days. And more than one 40 container, we should have a further talking about it, on common; it is about 30-35 days.

5. MOQ

Our MOQ is not less than 5 sets, and one container can mix 6 different models.

6.warranty

The period of our guarantee is about 2 years

7. quality control

We have many QC to control our quality, the first QC is about hardware, the second is PE rattan, and the last is about handicraft art.

1). before producing, all of QC will check the original material, especially hardware and PE rattan, and the process of controlling is very strict.

2). In the process of producing, every step will be check before next step

3). when all producing process has been finished, the QC coming from installation will check PE rattan, iron pipe, and handicraft art, if OK, this garden furnitur will be passed

Warranty:

TWO Year Limited Warranty, our rattan and aluminum frame can use at least three years in outside

Maintenance:

The product does not need special maintenance and you don't have to be worried about the dust accumulation.Just lightly sweep the dust awat with a broom anytime when you are free.If it is smeared,you can wipe it clean with a piece if wet cloth,and then dry it with a piece of dry cloth or better by blow drying.The cloth cover may be cleaned by dry cleaning or wet cleaning.
