The rattan which we use to manufacture our garden products is a synthetic rattan designed to be durable, weather-resistant and maintenance free. Our natural rattan includes a seven-colour weave to achieve the most authentic rattan look. Some of our products utilise a thick-weave rattan whilst others are constructed of a thinner weave to accommodate their more intricate design. All products are liable to slight variations due to the fact that they are hand-woven.

2. Package

First, all of our packing have have to expenrienced two working procedures. First packing is rattan furniture should be wicked with flexible package, and many package with waterproof bag.

Second is package with five layers of carton

Lastly, all of our packing can according to the clients requirements.

3. Payment

T/T, 40% deposit before placing an order, the balance of 60% should be paid off before loading.

4. Delivery time

Depends on the order quantity;. Nomarly, One 20 feet container of different rattan furniture is about 20-25 days, on 40 feet container is about 30-35 days. And more than one 40 container, we should have a further talking about it, on common; it is about 40-45 days.

5. MOQ

Our MOQ is not less than 50 pcs, and one container can mix 6 different models.

6. Warranty

The period of our guarantee is about 1-2 years

7. Quality control

We have many QC to control our quality, the first QC is about hardware, the second is PE rattan, and the last is about handicraft art.

1). before producing, all of QC will check the original material, especially hardware and PE rattan, and the process of controlling is very strict.

2). In the process of producing, every step will be check before next step

3). when all producing process has been finished, the QC coming from installation will check PE rattan, iron pipe, and handicraft art, if OK, this rattan furniture will be passed.
