CONVECTION OVEN

The COVEN 6 ECH model is a convection oven in force hot air circulation.
These ovens are ideal for grilling, browning, grilling, searing, roasting, etc.. They are so perfect for the preparation of dishes, and meat and fish to end up with vegetables and small pastries.

They also feature automatic humidifier, ie entry of water spray. Thanks to this system it is possible to restore the surface moisture of food with low content of liquid and, for a given mass, we obtain more volume and softness of the food.

The 6 ECH oven can cook for up to 70 meals. Nevertheless, the external dimensions of the machine are smaller on the market in its category.

For all the versions different accessories are available: grid 1/1 GN, grills for cooking chicken on the spit, trays, bowls and for a tight fit, detachable stainless steel supports.
