2. When the raw material arrive at our factory, our purchancing manager will QC all the material. If any one is not good enough, he will return it back directly.

3. Every work in our factory is well trained for three month before they come into mass production.

4. Each procedure we will have team head to check the quality. If any one is not good, he will ask work to rework it again until it is good enough to be delivery out.

5. Before package, we will have QC to check all detail.

If the products is not qualified, the QC will ask worker not put into the package.

4. If request FR standard, we can do FR BS 5852, FR CA 117 for both fabric and foam. After FR solution, all they can past the test.

5. The whole chairs can be sit one year without any quality problem as usual usage.
