Chair Information:

1.Full compliance with international standards, can withstand 280 kg pressure .

3.Bending Tube:need to through automatic pipe bending machine,each bend to meet the international

standards,smooth ,non-wrinkling,no deformation.

4.Tubes surface :deal with the polymer metal furniture baking paint,through nine treatments in surface,

oil painting through multiple filtration,make tube surface smooth ,no bubbles,adhesion and abrasion

resistance are in line with International standards.

Under normal using,the surface through the old as new.

5.Seat cushion: use best quality high density sponge a integrated PU stereotypes sponges,

durable and no deformation, density of 50 ~ 60, cushion softness & hardness can be customized.

6.To avoid direct contact between wood and screw, protect the seat cushion will not fall off caused

by using frequency and screw came off, screw claw nail have equipped under all the

chairs' plate .Chairs' backrest are equipped with anti-embroidered connection

accessories, so that chair's before and back can be seamless to connect.

7.Chair Feet: add rubber gasket, so that can be easily to push on any ground,

and there is no noise.

8.Fabrics : use high quality fabric , fabric color &style&pattern are available for clients to select,

smooth hand feeing ,lint-free and do not fade.

9.Imitation Wood Chair:30*30*1.8MM aluminum tube/ 45*25*1.2MM iron tube

(variety of tube shape for your choice, surface decorated with

storing varnish, adhesion and hardness are reached International standard,

chair's backrest is combineof before and back's lock catch. Plywood of

before backrest is 10MM, back is 8MM.)
