INSTRUCTIONS FOR WATER-BASED ENVIRONMENTAL GLUE

1.Application:

Used for bonding swivel chair, pillow, mattress, thick-leather, sofa, cloth sofa, screen, etc.

2.Property of the technology:

4.Directions
(1)Check the spray gun before using it, discharge the water in the pipe if there is any.
(2)Open the windows of the place where you use the glue.
(3)Clean the surface of the material, make sure there is no any oil, dust or any other things on it.
(4)To spray with the nozzle equally on the surface.
The nozzle should be 75° angle to the surface.
The nozzle should be 0.5cm away from the surface.
The pressure of the nozzle should be adjusted to 6 kilogram.
The nozzle should spray out some fan-shaped spray-mist, the angle of the angle of the fan-shape should be about45°
Its best to cover the surface equally; the glue should not be too thick.
When spraying, the spray gun should be moved stably, should not coat the hand.
(5)Have to wait 1~2 minutes after equally spray. The glue does not coat the hand.
(6)It will be better to press it when bonding.
(7)Some special material will not bond unless it is heated and press after the glue is dry.
(8)The gun should be washed with water after use.
(9)Affects of wrong spraying.
Viscosity is not strong enough if the glue is too thin.
If the glue is too thick, the cost will be increased, the drying time will be prolonged. And the glue will be st-acking and it affects the bonding quality.
If the glue is not spray equally, the glue will be stacking and lead to breaking if not dry thoroughly.

5.Notes
(1)Make sure the glue is sprayed equally on the surface, and the surface must be clean, fry and with no oily ma-terial on it, or it will affect the bonding effect.
(2)Do not press unless it is put in the environment of 20 above after spraying for about 1 minute, (it depends on the working environment and the working process) It is better to bond just once.
(3)If the temperature is under 10, it should be put aside for a longer period. Or contact our company for the best effect.
(4)If the temperature is between 10~20, or when it is rainy, it is important to master the best bonding time. Make sure the surface is dry and clean.
(5)Contact us, if the quality of the product changes with the weather, in order to solve the problem immediately.

7.Possible problems.
(1)It will bring difficulty in drying if the glue is not sprayed equally or the glue is stacking. The viscosity is not strong enough if bond at this time. The surface will be not smooth.
(2)A non-professional spray-gun will affect the effect, and affect the quality of air in the working environment.
(3)Oily material or water-based material shoule not be used in the same gun, or it will stuck. Wash the gun after using it.
(4)This product should be kept in the temperature between 5~35, it should be used in the temperature above 5, or the glue cannot spray out and affect the quality of the product.
